Donnie J. Lodatto

Donnie J. Lodatto, 75 of Bossier City and retired pastor of 35 years went to be with the Lord on Aug 5 after a courageous battle with cancer and CHF. Funeral services will be held Aug 12 at 10 am at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Airline Dr. in Bossier officiated by the Rev. Chad Harbarger, with visitation 6-8 pm on Tues Aug 11. 

Bro. Lodatto was preceded in death by and his wife of 53 years Joyce Lodatto, his parents, Jim and Lena Lodatto of Bossier City and siblings, Angelo Lodatto, Josephine Hasch, Esther Black. He is survived by his children Sheri Dillon of Prosper TX, Charles Lodatto of Arlington TX, and Rebecca Parker of Pollock LA, six grandchildren and his sister Mary Hiley of Bossier City. 

Bro. Lodatto loved serving the Lord as a pastor after graduating from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He pastored in Tickfaw, Hammond, Pollock, Minden, and retired from Morningside Baptist Church in Shreveport.
