Graveside services will be conducted at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery for ROBERT ELLIS LUSBY, age 61, of Shreveport, La. on Saturday, November 27, 2004 at 11.00 a.m.

Officiating will be Rev. Ed Basswell and Rev. Chuck McInturf. Visitation will be at Centuries Funeral Home on Friday from 5 p.m. to 8.p.m.
Robert went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 24, 2004 after a lengthy illness. He was a longtime resident of Shreveport. He was the former manager of Shreveport Monument and a member of the Northwest Bowling Association.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rudolph Harold Lusby, and his father-in-law, Russell Eagan. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Barbara J. Lusby: his mother Atha Lee Watson and Bill Nichols of Blanchard, La: two daughters, Larenda Ann Marroquin and husband Cesar of Blanchard, La. and Teresa Cooksey and husband Scott of Shreveport, La.; two sons, Troy Ellis Lusby and wife Lisa of Pascagoula, Ms. and William Robert Lusby and wife Keena of Shreveport, La: nine grandchildren, Amber Lee, Amy Jo, Dominque Nichole, Elizabeth Michelle, Dylan Wayne, Robert Ellis, Kole Weslee, Dalton Scott and Chayce Page.

Pallbearers will be Bert Carroll, Charles Davis, Donnie Harrell, Kenneth Cooksey, Brian Wilson and Tim Wilson.

The family would like to thank Doctors Nick Szentrimai, Paul Schuler, Sylvia Noble, James Noble, David Dies, Larry Broadwell, Raymond Coghlan, Paul Stafford, Jorge Martinez, Krzysztof K. Kundo and the staff of Willis Knighton Pierremont Medical Center for their loving care.
