Services will be conducted at Centuries Funeral Home Chapel for RUDOLPH ELLIOT NOBLE, age 60, of Shreveport, LA on Monday, March 15, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. David Melville, Pastor of Keithville United Methodist Church, where Mr. Noble was a member and assisted by Rev. Judy Bazer. Interment to follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be at Centuries Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Mr. Noble entered into rest suddenly on Thursday, March 11, 2004 in Murfreesboro, AR. He was a native an lifelong resident of Shreveport, LA. He was retired from the City of Shreveport as a water plant operator with 32 years of service. He was a member of the Schumpert Cardiac Wellness Program and an avid member of his church where he sang in the choir. He was a loving husband, father and a friend to everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Frankie Noble, and his Step Son, Michael Maulden. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Judy Noble; two sisters, Frankie Cole of Haughton, LA and Iris Chambless and husband Aurther of Shreveport, LA; one brother, Byron Noble, Jr. and wife Ann of Princeton, LA; mother and father in law, Beth and Sidney Hicks of Shreveport, LA; Brother in Law, Bobby Hicks and wife Janie of Shreveport, LA; numerous nieces and nephews, his loving cockatiel, Babie, and Dachshund, Sweetie; and a host of friends.

Honorary pallbearers till be Ernie Speer, Bill Simmons, Bill Kirkpatrick, and Tommy Williams. Pallbearers will be Eugene Noble, Roy Noble, Mark Chambless, Bill Chambless, Michael Cole, and Bryan Slawson. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Caddo Council on Aging Senior Centers and or the Keithville United Methodist Church.
