Graveside services for DAVID OLIVER FOSTER will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, November 26, 2003 at Forest Park West Cemetery.
Officiating will be Rev. Clarence Chism.
David was born January 8, 1943 in Shreveport, LA and died Friday, November 21, 2003 in Monroe, LA where he had been a resident for the past two months. He was a Methodist. David was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star. He was also an accomplished musician with the military.
His parents, Cecil and Gena Turbyfill Foster, preceded him in death. Survivors are his sisters, Sylvia Christine Munzer and husband, Charles of Houston, TX and Genie Foster of Shreveport, LA; brother, Howard Allen of Shreveport, LA; one niece, Gina Rivas; and seven nephews, Sean A. Naquin, Timothy McAllister, Dana A. Foster, David J. Foster, Rowland Robins, Jr., Aaron G. Naquin and Clint A. Naquin.
Pallbearers will be Sean A. Naquin, Aaron G. Naquin, Clint A. Naquin, Dana A. Foster, David J. Foster and Rick Rivas.
