The above link is to a blog by a fellow in his late 60’s who is walking from California to the east coast. He was near Waskom, TX on 11/22 so he is probably in or near Shreveport now.
The Shreveport Times may do a story on him, but you can also follow him on his blog. I’ve checked his blog a couple of times since he came through Fort Worth and its an interesting thing to do.
I am pleased to announce, Walking Man is in West Monroe, this morning, Sunday, Nov. 28. He plans to lay over and rest Monday, in our area. I hope the News Media will find time to do an interview with him and his travels.
