For those classmates who are new to using our Class Email Directory, there are icons directly above the Directory that help you save or print it. If you save the Directory you will find that it is very easy to use on your computer in its electronic form. Just create a bookmark, or shortcut, to it and open it quickly when its needed.
Regardless of whether you use the Directory online, or save it to your computer, you may be able to click on any email address in the Directory and that email address load automatically into your email program. Just click on an address and see if it loads for you. If it doesn't, you can copy and paste the email address into your email program. Or, you can type it. However, that is more likely to result in typing errors that will keep the email from reaching its intended destination.
One more thing. A username and password protects against public access to the Class Email Directory. Drop me a note and ask for those safeguards when you are ready to access the Directory.
