I received a newsletter recently that included a security tip for hiding email addesses from Spammers. Just put all recipient email addresses on the Bcc line rather than the To line of your email. Using the Bcc line hides all email addresses placed there and makes the email virtually useless to a Spammer.
If you normally send emails to the same group of folks the newsletter recommended using a mailing list as a real time saver. Both Outlook Express and Thunderbird email programs are mailing list capable. Other email programs probably also have this capability. The main advantage of a mailing list is that you don’t have to load each email address into the email form. The mailing list does that for you. Consider using a mailing list if you email as few as the same 5 folks a couple of times each week. And post the mailing list directly to the Bcc line to take advantage of hiding the email addresses.
