Hello and what do we do next?

This is my first entry in this blog. I plan to post it and then let everyone know that I have set up this blog capability. Then we'll see where it goes from there. I think all you have to do to post a response is click on the "Comments" link below and then type your response. There is probably a Send Button, or it may be called something else that posts your response. I hope you will figure it out and let me hear from you. Maybe someone can suggest how we can best use this capability to our advantage.

  1. Well, Bill, I'm not sure what to do next, either. Not even sure this will get there. I put this up with an identity of other. Not sure what will happen.

  2. Thanks for getting back to me on this. You made all the right choices Lionel. Choosing "Other" for the identity is best since it allows the sender to include their name.

Bill, you may be unleashing a beast! You will have to see how many people try this "blogging" thing. We're not too old, are we? I appreciate all of your computer communication efforts!

  4. Mary Lynn, maybe a blogging site will fill some communication gaps that emails and websites miss. Or there may be advantages to it that we don't know about right now. And heck no we aren't too old! ~grin~ Its just like tying shoes. It may be hard at first, but after that its a piece of cake.

  5. Ok I guess I didn't see the comment section just the e-mail part. Oh well, live and learn - this way you got to receive two messages from me. Thanks for all that you do!

  7. From what I have read Blog was the last four letters of Weblog. The term has never seemed very appealing to me.

  8. Hi Bill, Just seeing if I can do this. I am not very computer savvy, so this is something totally new for me. I want to thank you for all your work in keeping us in touch with friends and classmates. It is amazing what path each of us have traveled.
