FRANK M. LAWRENCE III passed away at his home on Saturday, May 21, 2005 after a brief illness. Graveside services will be held at Centuries Memorial Park on Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Family visitation will be held on Monday, May 23, 2005 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Frank was born in Shreveport, LA on May 12, 1943. He graduated from Fair Park High School and served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service after a forty one year career as Station Manager of Lynnbrook Station. He was a member of Pinecroft Baptist Church.

Frank is survived by his wife of 37 years, Linda, and his mother, Doris Lane Lawrence. In addition, he is survived by three daughters, Renee Murff and husband Chris of Montgomery, AL; Richelle Reedy and husband Danny of Oklahoma City, OK; and Frances Reeves and husband Mark of Shreveport, LA. He is survived by seven grandchildren, Jeremy, Tyler, Laura, Amber, Jordan, Robert and McKenzie and his brother, Richard L. Lawrence of Houston, TX. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank M. Lawrence Jr.

Pallbearers will be members of Lucky 13 Hunting Club. Frank will be remembered for his love of God, family and country. He was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed spending time with his family. Those who knew him knew he loved his family, and enjoyed a wonderful sense of humor.
